For inclusion in our data bank, you are required to return us a simple questionnaire duly filled in and signed by the chief executive in case of limited liability company and managing partner or proprietor in case of a firm.

The availability of these data base in advance assist us to complete investigation and delivery of our Credit Information Reports to the international organization to enable them to make prompt business decision in the shortest time period.
